SMTP Authentication in MS Outlook 2013 and other versions Print

Some customers are opening tickets regarding SMTP problems. Please make sure that you have SMTP Authentication turned on in your Outlook 2013 and any other email client program.
Please make sure that option My outgoing server SMTP requires authentication is selected and choose first option - Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
